camanche axels

jus was wondering if any one out there tried to swap toyota axels whit camanche axels or if heard such a thing? OR IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

if your referring to Jeep Comanche axles, not sure why you'd do that.

Toyota SA's are on par with a Dana 44, stronger if you truss and do Longfield axles. The axles on a commanche were dana 30's or 35's if I remember correctly. Anything is possible for a good fabricator but you also need to look at differential locations etc etc...

Some Comanche's came with rear D44's, but with Toyota's 8in being about the same strength, as mentioned before, why would you do such a thing?

And the front is a weaker D30. Also, you'd need a different transfer case, because the Comanche uses a drivers side drop front axle, where the Toyota is passenger side.
