Hollister Quick RUn this weekend 7 or 8 May

ANybody interested in going to Hollister for a quick run this weekend?

I'll probably go Sat or Sunday for a quick run. Need to test my junk out. 7 or 8 May.

We can sort out logistics later this week, like thursday or so.

Andries, my club is doing our yearly adopt-a-trail opening/cleanup this Sat. You're welcome to come, it's a good easy trail run but there are a couple spots where you can test. It's the sourgrass trail up hwy 4.

Steve, do you have a link to where exactly it is? It sounds interesting.

I will probably will not have time for a long day type thing, but rather a quick run.

This weekend at Hollister is fine. Gives me a chance to test my new "paint protection" armour. Sat 3pm, or Sunday suits me. Let us know if the plan firms up.

Here's an old one: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...ighlight=adopt

It will be a long day though, usually we meet up in tracy at 7:30am and get back to the east bay at 10pm. I usually post invites to this trip, but I've never had anybody join, so I didn't this time.

Unfortunately way longer than I was hoping to be out for. Maybe next year I will have the time set aside.

OK, post up if you are interested in coming.

Lets plan on meeting up at the Ranger Station at 9:00am till 9:30am. We can then go to the obstacle course and play some. Late commers can join up there. I will probably head back around lunch time or so. If there are a few other people coming you can hang out more and enjoy some more of the park.

People coming down the 101 can meet me in Morgan Hill and we can caravan down to Hollister. Let me know and we can agree a time and place.

General planning will be Obstacle course, maybe area below for mudding (I going to try and avaoid that for now), Quarry, drive up to Hector heights, come back to Truck Hill. I wil probably head out then, but you can stay longer and do some of the trails by tank trap, etc. Get a map when you pay for entrance at the Ranger Station.

I'll just take FRS with on channel 4.
