I have no need for a trail buggy. Maybe I can sell it to someone who does later on

I would take the money and sell the truck as is..you are going to have to fight with the insurance company they are in it to make money not give it back...sorry about your truck it looks like it was a nice ride !
If it was me I would fix it...lot of work but there are tons of salvage yards out there with just Toyota trucks and you could get the parts from them and fix it ?
Frame okay do you know ?

check my photo next to my post. I am a TOYOTA SALVAGE YARD. I have a bed, two doors, two fenders, a hood, but dont have the front parts nor the ext cab skins etc door pillars, Also I think the frame is bent. Look at the bed where itnears the cab. Its pretty well buckled.

no TUNDRA for me. I just bought this T100. I wanted the full size truck with 6cyl economy. It was the perfect vehicle in my opinion.

Rob knows just as I know, T100 parts are VERY tough to find.

And I agree rob, i think the frame looks bent anyways. The frames on T100 trucks are NOTORIOUSLY weak and bend with the slightest flick of the wrist.

Death cougar is also a parts seller so yes, he understands. I have most parts, but it still comes down to the pillars the ext cab section and the FRAME.

I had a friend who fought his insurance company cuz they low balled him. He refused all offers. He wanted them to "buy him another one" so they would know how low their offer was. It took almost a year but he got "another one".
Don't know if this strategy will work for you, but you can try.

This is a rare strategy, but it worked in his case.

Hi guys I'm a newbie to this sight but a T100 fanatic. I'm on my second.
In most states the dirtbag insurance companies don't want you to know that they are required to give you replacement value for your vehicle. I was in the car biz for 17 years and often fought with the dirty skanks for my customers.
Check around before you sign anything or accept anything.
They are in the business to ream you as hard as they can. they have no souls.
Fight em hard and as stated earlier, show finished ebay auctions, and craigslist ads.

Rob, just noticed this thread. I bought the twin to your truck three weeks ago. I also totalled an ultranice vehicle and know how you must've felt. But after my accident, the other guy's insurance company gave me the check *and* I kept the vehicle, which I managed to make several hundred bucks on by selling parts before chucking it. Was wondering if you still have the truck and if you care to sell seats, door panels, maybe a few other things?

Need your mirrors

I rolled my truck last summer but its not as bad as yours. I need both your door mirror assemblies if you are parting out as both of mine are smooshed. Hate to be a vulture but need the parts!

Nothing. They said that since it was an act of nature everyone has to pay for their own vehicles. I still owe $3500 on this thing...Only had liability and tried getting a lawyer etc, but nobody would take it because it was weather related.
