There isn't a fuel pressure test port on the T-100 fuel system. Yer gonna have to install yer own using some fittings. Here's my thread on what I found out on the fuel pressure adapters...

When I had mine it had rough running when accelerating when cold; I had the fuel injection system cleaned and that took care of it. It seems that these engines need the injectors gone thru sometime after 100k to keep them running really good.

Well I finally got the plates and took it for a test drive, put some gas in her and all seems well so far. I do have one issue with a tail light, I need the short harness from the main one to the light itself.

Bam, thanks for posting the part numbers. Turns out only one terminal was corroded to the point of being gone so I cut the wires and added a short wire to go around the plug.
Put about 50 miles on her today and all seems well

rough running
check your spark plug wires. I had the same problem and the spark was grounding out on the engine and jumping over to other wires causing some
spark misfires and incorrect fire times.
replaced the wires and it ran smooth

OP, have you had a chance to look into the fuel pump yet? I know the issue seems to have been mostly fixed but I'm still curious. My little bro (98_3RZ) lost a pump on his 2000 taco. That was one of two I've seen lose pumps. From my experience I've never really seen fuel pump problems in toyotas.

I haven't had time (or the want) to look into the fuel pump yet.
I have put just over 300 miles on it in the past week and so far so good!
It still falls flat at about 4k but I'm thinking TPS, we checked the ohms and it was kind of funky. The truck starts right up, goes down the highway great but if you punch it and the tach climbs to 4k it's like it hits the rev limiter. I'm wondering if the TPS has a problem at WOT. If I could find a known good one and try it I wouldn't mind spending the 100 bucks or so for one. Maybe I'll shop around and see what's available.
Would you trust one from a junk yard?
thanks,
dave
