ARB was on it when I bought it
The ARB bumper was on it when I bought it. Sorry, I did not ask the previous owner about that. This is my first wheeling vehicle and I did not know that bumper was a big deal. When I got the new tires from an experienced wheeler he mentioned that ARB was nice and pretty expensive. In fact he checked the whole truck out and said the previous owners had done alot of nice upgrades to it.
Nice new shocks (don't know the brand/model)
Extra leaf added to the rear springs
High current alternator
Locker rear diff
ARB front bumper
TRD supercharger
Custom box surround and rollbar with rear window protective grill

More pics
See this thread over on Mid Atlantic Toyota Crawlers. Scroll down for the pictures. Those are before I changed the grill. As mentioned in that thread, I am in Arlington, just outside Washington, DC.
By the way, I got it through emission inspection yesterday. I am fully legal now.

I'm a noob, please explain
I'm sorry but I'm rather new to wheeling. Please explain your question. I assume SC refers to supercharger but I don't really understand what you mean by "axle wrap".
Are you Zuke of http://gearinstalls.com? I spent some time reading articles over there yesterday.

Yes on the Bighorns
A guy on Mid Atlantic Toyota Crawlers had 5 of those tires on the black steel wheels for sale for $500. I jumped on them.
Don't know where in Virginia you are but if you are anywhere near George Washington National Forest (Route 81 south of Route 66), come on out to the Fall Colors run on Oct 9 to 11. I'm only going on Sunday, Oct 11.
Thanks for the nice words about Mr Tee. I just bought him from a guy in Frederick, MD. Have been fixing and having fun ever since.

Lol I live near Frederick, MD.
Axle wrap is when the rear axle basically turns up or down on the leaf springs. It can cause your ujoints and other parts of the drive shaft to fail. The T100 has a bad rep for having it. I was wondering with the higher torque from the supercharger (SC) if you got more axle wrap.

A previous owner added an additional leaf on each side. In theory, that should help stiffen against wrap.
I know race cars used to (maybe still do) use ladder bars to prevent that. I'm guessing ladder bars might restrict travel.
I did not see any posts about ujoint failure on T100s but, I was not looking for those posts.
Thanks for the heads-up on that. I'll keep an eye on the rear dif and ujoint.

Spacer is history
A couple of you mentioned I should remove the throttle body spacer. It is history. Things fit better now.
