Limited Power When Freezing Outside

Hello everyone, this is my first post here but my father swears by this site as we are a Yota family, so I figured maybe you could figure out what has left us stumped.

Recently since it started getting cold here in Mass, i have lost power to my heat, stereo, blinkers, windows, gauges (besides the gas gauge), the car still starts and runs though. This only occurs when it is below or near freezing outside and doesn't resolve itself until the cab gets warm ( NOT the engine). I've let it idle for two hours and the power will not come back on, but if I park the truck in the sun and let the cab warm up the power comes on no problems.

We replaced the battery and the 50A fuse under the dash near the integration relay with no success.

We are thinking it may be the integration relay, but I still have my power locks, hazards lights, horn, dash backlights and code lights (check engine, ABS, low oil etc.), fuel gauge, and headlights. Which some are controlled by the integration relay, so in theory they should also not have power if the integration relay was bad.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as this has been stumping us for over a month now.

Just what do you mean by lost power??

Your gauges and blower motor do not work at all??

Be nice to know just what your working on??

This happens only when cold I would look at your ground for the effected circuit .

The temperature change might be enough to cause things to move.

WHAT YEAR AND MODEL, Engine & Trans?

A 69 Corona will have different junk than a 2004 tundra

Do you have a test light and meter? Did you wiggle the ground or just a visual?
