Igniter failure? Need help!!

Above is a link to my truck running like poop. I know that it's back firing into the intake. But I don't know why...
I do know that it's above a certain RPM, I'm guessing around 1,000 is when it starts and gets worse the higher it goes. But when you let off on the throttle it gets instantly quiet and smooth. So here's what I've got & what I know.
Engine:
22R-E bored .30 over
1,5XX miles on all new parts, backfiring started after 1,450 ish
4WD, 5-speed manual.
NO CEL or error codes (yes they are functional)

First I checked timing.
Then I expected the plugs. Those got replaced.
Then wires got replaced.
Then the cap.
Then I checked the timing again.
Then the rest of the distributor.
Then I double checked my timing.
Then my MAF.
Then then the injectors themselves.
Then the timing chain.
Then the valve clearances.
Then the timing.
Then the main injector relay.
Then I gave up for a few days.

Then my dad suggested I check my timing under load to make sure my spark was advancing.
I tried to make a video of that but it turned out poorly.
When it first starts it sounds like hell and is vibrating terribly. When it gets warm and the idle drops down it smooths out and you could balance a dime on the valve cover.
When it is warm idling it is at 5' advanced.
When you rev it up and are keeping the throttle open it stays at about 5' advance bouncing between 5' & 2'ish. There is backfiring out the intake and there is NO power when driving.
But when you let off the throttle (engine still turning at high RPMS but not under any load on it's coast down) the timing jumps to ~20' advance and it's silky smooth again.
After reading an exert from the Toyota manual on the VAST system I think it may be the igniter, however I don't know how to test it & all the local parts houses have turned up negative for being able to test it there.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
Or info on how to test an igniter?
Thanks in advance!

"you know you drive a Toyota when your upgrades come from junkyards instead of parts stores."

When you did the engine what head work did you do??

Burned valves also could be causing this!

It almost sounds like your cam Timing is off like the timing chain has jumped

If your getting a back fire into the intake it is firing while the intake valve is open.

Which I am sure you know.

The marks on the sprockets are where they need to be when you pulled the cover off as you say you checked the timing chain.

Back firing is most often a timing issue be it valve timing or ignition timing.

Bad distributor doing strange things??

Head gasket failure??

Do a compression Check see what that tells you.

Borrow another igniter to try from someone close But igniters when the fail most of the time don`t work at all

The block was re-man, (hence the bored .30 over) and the head is re-man. Everything else is new, new valves, new springs, new pistons, new rings, chain, guides. Everything except the head and block themselves.
The distributor was replaced with a new one, new cap, new wires.
The cam shaft is perfectly aligned with the mark on the bearing housing when the crank is at TDC. All things are exactly where they are supposed to be as far as timing.
I'm really leaning away from timing as I have checked it so many times and its spot on. Also the chain only has 1,XXX miles on it, I ruled out chain stretch.
When I ran a compression check #1 & 3 were 173# and #2 & 4 were 175# I did that right after I checked all my valve clearances.
