how hard to rewire the entire light system
one brake light works, running lights and dash lights dont. flashers work. if i turn the right side blinkers on the rear hazards also flash. park signal markers dont light up. everything seems fine fuses wires are all good ive triple checked. it doesnt help the rear tail light wiring is absolutely #@%%^@# rigged form the guy i bought it from, adapters into adapters into splices its a damn nightmare. can i just rip the whole damn thing apart and hard wire?

Don't try and replace all your light wires. Start before the first splice in the harness. Check out a wiring diagram and run overlays. It wouldn't be tough...just take your time. It might be easier to pull the harness out of the truck and lay it out on the ground so you can see the current flow.

It might be easier to get a new or yard harness .
While what you want to do is easy as far as being technical it will be time consuming besides the plugs and connectors are nice when the light housing them selves fail to just plug a new light in.
Solder and heat shrink the connections.
you gotta really hate when someone does a hack wiring job.
