EFI fuse missing???

EFI fuse missing??? edit... I found it. sorry
my 88 3vze pickup's check engine light was coming on intermittently when the truck got warmed up, so I went to run a jumper from the terminals TE1 an E1 and it looks like I am missing the 15a fuse that goes in the check engine harness connector. The truck shouldn't work if there isn't a fuse in there, right? Should there be a 15a fuse in there or is the EFI fuse else where in the truck? I have included a pic of the harness connector.
Sorry in advance for what seems to me like a dumb question but the previous owner did after market electrical work on it so things are mos def not factory spec.
checked my owners manual and the fuse is in the drivers side kick panel. sorry.

I dont know the 3.0 but an intermittent light on a 22re can be caused by some minor vaccum leaks. If you rev it up on a 22re sometimes the light will go out and is a sign of a leak. Not sure if this applies to a 3.0 but it might be of some help.
