Well, 4crawler I wanted to personally take some time and say thank you very much for your time, knowledge, and experience because as of today I managed to find the problem and fix it! It ended up being the passenger side door harness. It had two wires that were soldered together and that was causing the fuse to blow.l managed to pull the whole harness out, cut and re solder everything and put it all back in. Now I just got to figure out why my drivers and passenger doors are not working as far as windows going up and down and locking.

No problem, that would cause a problem for sure..
Power windows might be the switch(es):

The early trucks were all switches, no relays. Later trucks added relays. Not sue if the switches are the same design, but they are a weak link in the system IMHO. Problem is the spring pressure inside the switch pushes the two halves apart and if those tiny screws strip out, the switch halves separate instead of making contact. The only good thing about the design is you can tear the switches apart and fix them.
And if the truck has the power door locks, I think some of those have a safety lock switch some place that disables a lot of the power window/lock features. Never had a truck with that feature, but have heard of that causing problems. Wiring diagram and FSM Body Electric section would likely cover the troubleshooting steps.
