AC fan speed

1-2-3-4

in succession ....low to high according to numbers

but mine is.... 1 is the same with 3..... where to start looking?

Blower fan resistor?

Check the blower fan resistor, they will break with age and that will leave you with one speed only.

I kinda have the same problem but my switch doesnt move and i can only get it to go on low. is this just the switch witch i think is sepersate from the actuall unit itself?
