Tire recomendations
I'm in the market for a new set of All-terrains. I need some advice on what to get for my 98 4Runner. I'm only looking for some 32s or maybe 33s. I dont want to spend a whole lot though. Thanks for your help

Checkout the Firestone Destination A/T's. I've heard good things about them. I have the Destination LT's which are made from the same/similar compound that the Bridgestone REVO's are made from (Firestone & Bridgestone are one and the same). I had the REVO's and my Destination LT's are equal in wet and dry performance, nearly as good in snow and almost 1/2 the price.

$101 a tire is a great price but how much will you have spent once you figure in shipping, mounting and balancing? i figure you still should quite a bit over mine but I did get a few extras.
Mine cost me roughly $170/tire out the door at Discount but that does include the road hazard warranty certificates plus it's nice having somebody else rotate my tires every 4000 miles.

that's FREE SHIPPING included in the $101 price. KILLER DEAL.
mounting is usually $7.50 or so with new valve stems = $30
lifetime balancing is about $7.50-$10.00 = $30-$40.
$407.72 + $70 = $477.72 about $200 CHEAPER than you got w/ certificates...
like i said, that price is KILLER.
in 2003 i shopped them around and got those exact tires put on locally - best price going - ANYWHERE - for $540 out the door and i thought i had a killer deal then, and that was 2.5 years ago before Nitto had ANY name in offroad tires!
