~196K on my 91 pickup.
There is a mechanic at a Toyota dealership near me that claims he is going on 400K on the original motor (V6 in a 92 I believe). I was never able to confirm so it might be all talk, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised.

I hit the 300,000 mile two days short of the anniversary of when I started the build on my 88 4Runner. We have put 32,000 on it since we got it.
My current build 86 4Runner, has 289608. I have never driven it, but will someday.

91 pickup: 208,000 but i think its a little less since it says im doing 100 mph in my driveway sometimes....eitherway it runs great
