Electric fan for 4 core Radiator

Electric fan for 4 core Radiator
I am doing a 5.0 swap into my 4Runner . I have baught a rad I thaught might work nice. A 4 core rad that fits in the stock location but I wont be able to run the engine mounted fan as there is not enough room. I was hoping to put electric fans in if i can find some low profile ones or i have to find a serpentine sytem off a newer 5.0 as I heard there is more room with them than with my current setup. The question I have is has anyone ran a big 4 core radiator with an electric fan? I went to the flexalite page and they dont recommend it even though the fans they have put out oodles of air. Not sure how many CFMs ill need or if there is a fan that will work. Hopin somone here has some experience orinput on this.
Thanks

I ran a 4-core with an electric for a while. Had cooling issues the whole time at low speeds. Do you have room for an electric behind the radiator? I didn't and ended up pushing the radiator back an inch and putting the biggest fan I could find in front in a pusher configuration. Not optimum. If you can fit one behind the radiator, you quite possibly will have better luck than I did.

There isnt a whole lot of room anywhere. There might be enough room in front for a pusher if i can put enough air through the rad to keep it cool. Not much room behind rad. Enough to move back like you said and put bigger fan maybe. Might end up going to the wrecker and trying to find a serpentine system I guess maybe.
