I think in this case it refers to The Factory Service Manual

It is what Every Auto Manufacture puts out for every vehicle every year although some models may be combined

Look for the model and year you have.

Though sometimes you can pay quite a bit for the correct Toyota factory manual you can find a lot of them online and down loadable.
They have much more accurate info and procedures than a Chilton or Haynes manual will have
