Ok well I finally got around to installing some Rancho RS5000s in the front. Boy what a big difference. Its a lot stiffer and a lot more responsive, definitely a great purchase. I ended up purchasing about $200 in new equipment over the course of 6 trips to the store to get the old ones off but next time I'll be ready.
As for the rear, what kind of f150 coils do I get (like for what year ford)? Do I just need coils or will I have to replace other parts while I am back there? Thanks for the continued help!

I have a '97 4runner. I had Schwab put the mountain ryder xt on. They suck. They have 30k warranty. By the time I had 25k on them they were so worn out (most shocks last 50k) they wore down the inside of my tires. The KYB GR that Schwab has are way better. I put Monroe shocks on my gmc truck and did it myself really easy.
