Roof rack for pickup?

Roof rack for pickup?
Anybody built or bought a basket style roof rack for their pickup? I'm thinking of doing some kind of combination headache rack/roof rack. The headache rack will protect the rear window from firewood and the basket would hold the saws, bar oil, gas, etc... Just an idea for now-I found one or two pictures on here, but mostly just 4Runner racks.

There is a member on here that built one. It was in the for sale section a while back. If i remember it was a grey single cab. Hope that helps. Unless you build it fron a headache rack or off a custom flat bed it may be hard to mount. Our trucks dont have gutters like previous years so mounting it would be difficult. Unless you drill holes....

Try build a Baja Rack. Make it mount to a rollbar or a headache rack. Could do a mock rollbar sides, like on the Avalance. Or check out the one Ian from Extreme 4x4 build for Seach and Restore project, GMC Sierra. It looks sweet.

Thanks for the links-I'm definitely doing a headache rack/rear window protector because it's a miracle I haven't thrown a piece of firewood through it yet as it is The basic idea will be to make the headache rack come up above the roofline of the cab so I can cantilever the roofrack/basket off of it and over the cab. I think I'll do some drawings in Sketchup and post them.
