Newbie body parts
Hey I finnaly got my first yota truck. I worked on a few of them at the shop I worked at. I had a celica that I drove for years but now I'm graduating to a real 4 wheel drive. Its a 91 22 re . I'm looking for any suggestions on inexpensive body parts I live in northern new york salt capital of the world and the old girl is held together with gum and bondo. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

For doors and fenders I would try and find used toyota parts. They will be the best quality and fit.
Any fenders from a 89-95 truck and 90-92 4runner will fit, and any doors from a 89-95 truck and 90-93 2door 4runner will fit.
Which cab parts are you looking for? Rocker panels? What parts for the bed?

ahhh, another new york rust fighter. even the stuff in the junk yards here is rotted to death. Mines a NC truck, and the cab is solid... the bed and frame, not so much. If you find somewhere up here to get parts, i'm interested in the info. thanks.

Like you my cab is in great shape, on the bed the rust recently started past the chrome stips over my wheel wells, took them off only to expose pure rust hell. I've been looking on ebay and craigslist for over a year, forget about it. Finally resorted to buying a new bed from the dealership, complete with tailgate for $1800, after body shop paint (and original stipes from James Dean Creations) I'll be into it for $3200. Only 60K miles on a '94, original everything, including floor mats... gotta keep it looking new, and it beats having truck payments again.
