Newbe Here 22r basic wiring to get it started

I put a 22r in a geo tracker...The tracker did not have any wiring in it.. I have everything hooked up but a switch for the ignition coil and distributor I tryed hooking it up with a 1979 gm ignition module the same way that it was posted on pirate4x4 and no spark out of the coil or distributor...can someone please help me or please direct me to the link

Thanks

Don't use the GM on a Toyota engine in a metro youz must be a crazy person. Lol the GM moduel needs a reference signal and two power inputs to run the coil check your grounds that's usually the problem

are you using a GM coil or the 22r coil? Because with the GM ign module your supposed to use a GM style coil.
