I am looking for a exploded view or very good front view of 22re engine. A buddy of mine took this engine out of his truck and had it rebuilt problem is we are a little confused on the brackets that bolt to the timing cover to hold alternator and power steering.

 

iamsuperbleeder rebuild thread on here or 92 Toy rebuild thread. Will be your best bet.

good pictures and sweet rides but still cant see position of the bracket The bracket is in a way shaped sort of like a slingshot and has 3 holes at each point 2 holes are just drilled 1 hole has a nut factory welded to it . Really need exploded view Chiltons dont show s--t!

 

look at iamsuperbleeder's thread. He's got all types of angles on that thing.

 

yup...painted mine gold.
