Id had a 2'' lift block in the rear, cranked the front up just about an inch, and cut 2 1/2'' out of the fenders. I just glue'd some rubber C molding on the sharp edge, did some custom inner fenders out of floor mat.
Spool in back with 4.88 gears, and 33's it did pretty good.

IFS for the win.

If I had any interest in rock crawling, I would SAS my truck in a heart beat.

But I don't like going slow, so I'm saving up a few grand to go long travel and haul booty around the desert. Maybe jump it.

I have no plans of getting rid of my IFS. The truck is 100% stock right now and I'm planning on putting 35s on it on the cheap-ie: no lift. From what I've seen these trucks perform pretty well so I don't see the need for doing a SFA. I'm also really building the truck as an off-road firewood hauler/hunting truck rather than a hardcore 'wheeling rig. I need it to haul a bed full of rounds down skidder trails and get me to out of the way hunting spots that usually only quads can get to. IFS should do that just fine with proper tires and gearing.

IFS works just fine if left alone. they are fully capable out-of-the-box. mine works fine with 350xxxkm. gonna go blazeland kit soon for the extra shock travel though...
