cranks but wont fire

i have a 94 4runner 4WD 3.0, this is my winter truck which usaly sits threw the summer. I make a point to to start the truck and run it for about 15 minutes atleast twice a week. Recentley i have been out of state for some time now and the truck has not been started in about 2 months, now i cant get it to fire. The starter cranks fine, im getting plenty of current from the battery, it just wont catch. Im pretty sure that this most be from bad gas sitting for two months and either clogging Fuel filter/lines, or from water build-up in the gas.
Any suggestions on how to get me toy to fire are greatly appreciated.

You could try some Heet and/or new gas.

tried starter fluid to no avail. I beginning to think it may be a problem with cap/wires/plugs. The last time i started the truck i got a really strange fast passed clicking sound(not starter) that all my interior lights pulsed with. The next time i try to start the truck i got nothing, no starter click no interior lights NOTHING, turns out i had fried a
80A relay. I replaced the relay and now i get juice from the battery, but now i cant get the 3.0 to fire.

PLEASE HELP

if you get no start with the ether (starting fluid) I would be checking for spark. Most likely another fuse got blown along the way.

I would do a basic tune up. Change your spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, and get some new gas. I would also think about changing the oil since it was sitting for 2 months.

Have you checked the Crank Position Sensor? These can go bad at the drop of a hat and you will crank all day w/no fire at the distributor cap.

An off the wall easy test, switch the starter relay and the EFI relay.

If you need to cycle fuel through the lines or drain the tank, jump B+ and FP at the test point, Pull and put a hose at the FPR to a fuel can to drain it, Turn the key and you will hear the pump and see the flow.
