Am I reading these error codes wrong?

I'm posting this in the noob section just in case, this looks like a 4, 22, 24, but for doesn't show up in any of the writeups I've found. The best (89 3vze) had beenrunning rough with symptoms similar to a bad iat sensor or a clogged idle air control valve. It starts rough and runs rough at low rpm. It could also be bad/sticky injectors. Any tips/ideas? I uploaded a video of the light flashes just in case.

Thanks in advance,
Dave

Code 14 Igniter signal to ecu missing
Code 16 A/T control signal missing from ecu
Code 21 Main oxygen sensor signal fault
Code 22 Water temperature sensor circuit fault
Code 23 and 24 Intake air temperature signal fault
Code 25 Air/fuel ratio LEAN
Code 26 Air/fuel ratio RICH
Code 27 Sub-oxygen sensor signal or heater circuit fault
Code 28 No.2 oxygen sensor/heater signal fault
Code 31 and 32 Air flow meter circuit or Vacuum sensor signal fault

Ah, check, I thought that that '1' blip was (I read the documentation as saying) a blip that you get before the whole list of errors repeats. Sad day, sounds like everything is wrong :p

Download or if you have Factory Service Manual do diagnostic procedures.
Start simple, check for vacuum leaks and loose or corroded wiring.
It's not that bad, get out the multimeter also.

Also, funny story. I went to crank the beast last night to see if I was getting any spark off of the main coil (like it says to do here https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...-start-146237/ ) and it made the sort of starter noise that you usually get from a corroded battery contact. Further investigation led me to finding that the bolts on the starter had backed off a bit, and that the poor contact is actually from the starter body to ground :p More to come, I'm sure....
