87 4Runner Engine code, rough idle, possible miss? Help!

So after a lot of searching on here I can't seem to find a definitive answer. I recently came into possession of a 1987 4Runner, 22re, manual. It came with the and EGR block off done, rough idle, slight miss, and 3 engine codes.

The codes were 5, 10, and 11. I cleared the codes and replaced the o2 sensor.

The old one was obviously trashed:

This cleared the code 5, and the code 10 hasn't returned. I've replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, as well as put in a new TPS sensor. I still have the code 11.

So with all that said I have a few questions:

1. The obvious, what should I look at next?

2. Could this be related to the EGR removal? I've read a lot of posts that say these vehicles can run great with it removed.

3. Does anyone have a link to a well done EGR removal so I can cross reference mine?

4. I have a few connectors that are not connected to anything they are pictures below:

A. These two come from the harness at the rear of the intake plenum

B. This large white one is underneath the center part of the intake plenum

C. Basic same location as B.

D. This one is towards the front of the motor on the passenger side.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Sorry for the long post, but I'm feeling out of options.

not positive but My 4runner had the same two wires laying there when i purchased it, apparently the previous owner removed them and it runs fine with out it. but i think the green and black ones in the 2nd pic went to vsv(vehicle switching valves) on the top of the valve cover. Think one was for emissions and the other for the AC. Thats what i concluded two years ago looking at the wire colors in the manual when i had the same question.
but i could be wrong

Short circuit in Check Connector T with A/C switch ON or TPS - IDL point OFF
- Defective A/C switch
- Defective TPS circuit
- Defective TPS
- Defective ECU

Have you checked to see if the TPS is getting the correct signal yet.
I can't explain how to check it but I know there are threads on this forum explaining how to check it. scope103 is pretty good with this stuff. You might do a search on his name with TPS in the subject line.

Thanks for the pointers guys, turns out this motor is going bad, knock in the bottom end. Will check back after motor swap. Luckily I've got a motor out of a '92 to swap in.
