1989 Truck problems
I'm new here and I don't know if this is where I should be posting this. But my 89 toyota pickup has 350,000 miles with just regular maintenance. The other night while I was driving, all the lights went out but the headlights and dome light. The next morning I went to start it, the starter wouldn't turn the engine over so I had to push start it. The gauges and heater don't work either. The truck still runs and drives but nothing electrical works but the headlights and dome light. I haven't looked into it myself was hoping someone else has had the same problem to help me out. The truck is 2wd 22re 5 speed. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Look for open Circuit protection ??
Did you see any Sparks ??
Smell anything burning ??
You have a open circuit some place just where hard to say !!
If you don`t have a Meter now is a good time to get one .
Start at the battery
