what years with limited slip?

what years with limited slip?
We are selling our pathfinder and are in the market for a 2004 -2007 4runner with third row. My question is what years and trims came with a limited slip diff? Was a locker an option during these years? It will be our family hauler but I want the most capable I can get for those forrest service road excursions.

only 4th gen with a rear locker is the 08 trail edtion, but the years ur looking at have a center locking diff. http://www.toyoland.com/trucks/4runner.html

All of then have atrac (traction control), which essentially throws the brakes on a spinning wheel.
I works quite well at low speed, and is in essence an electronic limited slip.
