Looking for input - Buy an 07 4Runner Sport?

I'd like to get some input on a 4Runner I'm considering buying. I'm a bit hesitant because this isn't the most opportune time, but the opportunity to buy it sort of fell in my lap. Long story short the wife and I have bought and sold 3 cars this year, one of which is the newest and most expensive I or she has ever purchased. We can afford it if we decide to do it, I just prefer to be as far from overextended as possible.

Anyway, here are the details:
58,000 miles
2007 SE black, black cloth interior
No wrecks, great condition inside and out
Sunroof, 2wd

$16,000

What do you think, should I jump on it?

EDIT: It also has X-REAS, for those of you who have it, do you like it?

i LOVED my 03 sport with Xreas, we only sold because we needed a 4x4 and are still searching for one, sold mine with 226k miles on it, it still rode/drove like a new car. I never had any problems with xreas leaking or anything either. price is probably about right with those low of miles, ive been looking at some 07-08's for around $16-17k here in my area but they are 4x4 and have around 100-125k miles on them.

Thanks for the reply. If it was 4wd I'd jump on it in a second. We don't NEED 4wd, since we do have a 2010 SR5 4wd, but I'd rather have it. I've now owned a 3rd Gen and a 5th but not a 4th, sounds like they are just as rock solid as 3rd. Do you concur? I've heard good things about X-REAS too, and wouldn't mind having it, especially for the wife who would probably be driving this.

I guess my main question though is price. Blue book is close to 20 with the options it has, but I have seen comparable (with almost as low miles) 4runners being listed around here for close to the same price. Not sure what's up with that since AFAIK Yotas, and particularly 4runners seem to go for right at blue book. Because of the fact that we weren't "looking" for a knew vehicle I only really want to do it if it's a deal. But from what you're saying it sounds like it's more like market, is that a fair assumption?

NADA seems right at 20k which suprises me b/c of the low miles, everything in TN/NC area has over 100k in that price range your looking at so i would say its a pretty decent deal, when i buy i always try to look for/keep under 4-5,000 below NADA, tahts what most banks around here loan, so in case i needed to get out from under it in a year or two i could still price it pretty well and not loose my tail but that is me. is it from a dealer or private seller ?

I couldn't have put it better myself. It's against my religion to go into a deal without knowing exactly where the exit is and how to get to it, I hate paying market for anything lol. BOA told me they would loan up to about $21,000 on it, crazy. It's a private seller, family actually. They have been having trouble getting rid of it where they live just because of the market and city regulations as far as parking it. That's the reason for my post, we came down to that as a good family price but I wanted to get some objective opinions on it.

On a side note, on the ease of getting out of it - I bought the wife a 2007 camry about 6 months ago, and if I hadn't gotten it at the price I did I wouldn't even be considering this. I'm pretty confident I can get out of it quickly and without a loss. I just don't like the idea of being tied up in anything material.
