I am looking at a 2005 4runner SR5 with 55k on it. It looks to be in great shape and has the V6 engine. They are asking $18,500 for it. Can anyone give me any feedback regarding this model and any problems that they may have. I have a 95 4runner and will be keeping it. The 05 would be for my wife. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

 

I don't like auto's so personally I would go for a quad cab taco 2001-2004. better mpg with a five speed. Plus I have seen them for better prices then 18,xxx. Also sense its a yota who really cares about the mileage.

 

It's for his wife? I know mine wouldn't want to drive a manual.

I have a Tacoma with the 4.0 V-6 and 5 speed auto trans and I love it. Nice motor, not the best mileage wise but plenty of power. I get about 17mpg's. I can't comment about the price but it is low miles for an 05.
