Help Diagnosis Engine Nose Help
Last summer went wheeln with my kid in my 04 v6 T4R. We went through a few axle deep water crossings. Some at around 15mph.
When we got back on the paved road the engine sounded different. There is an "AAAWWWWWGGGGGG" sound in the background of the normal engine running. Opening the hood it sounds like its in the lower end, perhaps in the AC pump. Turning on the pump doesn't change it. Cranking the steering wheel doesn't enhance it so I don't think it is the PS pump.
I changed the oil, check all fluids, check the air filter all is well. No codes or lights either.
Any ideas what it could be? Should I try and track it down or just wait until something breaks?
Thanks,
Badbob

You could, but it's sealed and I just don't think it will help, so just pull the belt and you will know positively. Good Luck
