Fender flares for larger fender openings.

Been a while since I've been on here.

I'm currently replacing my 70,000+ mile Skyjacker 3" lift struts and 102,000 mile stock front springs with Toytech Bilstein 5100 0"-3" adjustable lift struts and springs in front, and new Bilstein 5100 shocks in back (current Skyjacker rear springs are fine).

I'm thinking about installing fender with larger openings. I'm hoping eventually to replace the current 285/75-16 Pirelli Scorpion tires on stock wheels with some 35/12.50-17 on new wheels with a wider offset. I don't want any more suspension lift, and don't want a body lift.

So I want the larger flares, along with wider wheel offset, so that I can make room for the larger tires. Has anyone here done that AND fitted 35/12.50-17 tires? What flares to you recommend? And would I need to cut the fenders?

Thanks, William.

Try to look for cut-out fender flares like Bushwacker. I know they are designed to accommodate bigger tires.

My questions are how much larger can I go or can I fit 35/12.50-17 tires, and will it require fender trimming?

Thanks. I wish I didn't need to. I already belong to enough forums, lol.
