Arrow Group Buy: Demello Bolt-on Sliders for 4th Gen 4Runners

Currently Demello only offers weld-on sliders for 4th Gen 4Runners. They're interested in making a bolt-on version but they want to make sure there's an interest for them. My 4Runner would be the guinea pig for the bolt-on fitment. If we can gather 5-10 people we can probably set up a Group Buy.

Please reply if you're interested!

Group Buy Update: extended to the end of August

X-REAS update:
The x-reas version we can do, but haven't received allot of interest in doing these. For the lines it's a simple tab added to the slider legs and re-use the factory clips, the canister is anther story. We can either make a bracket that extends the can from the frame or mount it too the sliders. If there was allot of interest we could make a mounting bracket that would be extra for those that want to keep the x-rese system.

If you guys want a x-rese compatible slider please e-mail me so i can gauge interest. jason@demello-offroad.com
Pricing info:
Our introductory price for these sliders will be

$400.00 bolt on bare metal.
$425.00 Powder coated.
Plus shipping and Tax (CA).

These prices are good for the rest of July we will take orders at this price for the rest of July. August 1st the regular price will be 489.00 Bare Metal and 529.00 powder coated.

Right now we are a looking at a 4-6 week lead time which we feel is way over estimated but we would rather give a long lead time an be early then give a short one and be late. This lead time may be affected by how many orders we get. If we get allot of orders it may take longer to get them to you.

Once you place your order your card may be charged so please make sure you are ready to purchase when you call.

We do not know if these will fit X-rease systems equipped 4runners yet, if you have xrease and don't plan to remove it please hold off on ordering till we get a truck in here to test fit (Tuesday the 7th).

The sliders will bolt on with 6 M8 bolts into factory holes per side along with 5 grade 8 1/2in bolts with backing plates on the inside of the frame per side. so 11 holes per-side no drilling required. Powder coating is a wrinkle finish Black powder coating, if you would like something different we can do that with additional cost.
Stay tuned to this post for more information and pictures as they become available.

You can call us to place the order 951-735-4417
If you have any more questions ask here or e-mail me jason@demello-offroad.com

If you are in the market for After market suspension be sure to ask about our combo price on the Icon kits when you guy your sliders.

This is definitely not the way i would go but i think it will be a good market. I'm sure there are many people dying to run sliders but cant weld and dont want to pay shop fees to have a fabricator do it

I'd be interested in bolt on sliders. I'll try to keep an eye on this to see if you end up doing a group buy.

If you cant get the bolt on ones, By the weld on ones and take them to a fabricator and have them make them bolt on.

Well.. it's not that they can't make the bolt-ons. I'm guessing they just never had enough time with a 4Runner to make them.

If you were going to go that far why not just have the fabricator weld them on?
As long as it doesn't end up like that one dude who got screwed over by the shop.

Some people are really against welding to there frame. We understand that and that is why we make bolt on sliders for almost all late model Toyota's. We just haven't had allot of interest in 4runner sliders till recently so that is why we spent a little extra time with one to get these built.
