compression issue

2004 4runner V8 SR5.
I searched, with no luck...

Is there a light, or does the engine light come on when compression is bad, in 4th generations?

I have 87k

2 plugs on drivers side of engine read 80, one plug on passenger read 70, those were all the ones I tested.

Never tested before, and used a friends 20 dollar kit.

Runner runs fine really, no power loss etc.

What should I look for?
What am I doing wrong?

Rule of thumb is to check you compression sensors after every headlight fluid change. Have you been doing that???
