2004 4Runner V8 TRD Exhaust Questions

I have recently purchased a 2004 4runner supercharged V8 that has the TRD exhaust installed. From what I can tell it has headers coming back to a single pipe through the catalytic converter, resonator, muffler, and then splits out from there to a y-pipe with exhaust tips. My question is, is it possible to replace just the system from the catalytic converter back? If so, can I use a stock Toyota exhaust from this point? Are there any problems with using a stock exhaust with the supercharger? Thanks for any help with this. Also, if anyone is interested in buying/swaping exhausts, please let me know.
