03 runner rear air suspension help PLZ

Alright so my girlfriend has an 03 4 runner and i went to put a 2 1/2in. lift kit on it and the front went fine then when i dropped the rear axle to put in the spacer i realized there was no coil but airbags instead so in the cab there is a ride height adjustment which pumps the airbags up or down. at the highest adjustment it lifts the back end so its level with the 2.5in. lift i installed in the front sounds great right less work. however as soon as you go over 25 it automatically releases the air and drops the back end returning it to stalk height. this has me stumped i thought the toyota dealership could over ride the computer system so the air bags stay inflated but they were no help. i dont want to pull the air bags and put in coils and lift it that way since air suspension seems nice it seems like there would be a way to make the computer keep it at the high ride height all the time instead of dropping back down when driving. maybe somone has delt with this issue before but any help would be appreciated

You can adjust the rear level sensors so the airbags will pump up taller to match the front. If you can't get enough adjustment to get it where you want it, you can bend the bracket for the sensors to get some more range of adjustability.
