Yalls 1G's Ever Hard to Shift Outta 4wd?

Oh yeah, tcase and tranny were both changed right around 2k miles ago, and it has manual lockin hubs.
I'm always in 4wd for some reason or another many times a week for hours at a time, so it always stays lubed.
It shifts out and in like a lubed... Well, it slides real easy till I run it dog gone hard. Then it's like it runs outta lube. And everyone knows how it feels when you run outta lube: friction burn.
Lol, but nah the linkage is fine, it just feels like gears aint wanna disengage. Not too worried aobut it though, was just curious to see if anyone else's behaved the same...
