Where does this go on the 22re?

My 22re OEM gasket kit has this particular gasket that looks like it's made from the same material that the exhaust manifold is made from. Is this a high temperature gasket ? And what's it go on.

Thought it might be O2 sensor but hole looks too small.

Or the EGR that attaches to the back of the intake plenum.
