What is a good 2nd gen 4runner suspension upgrade?
I have a 3.4 swapped 92 4runner I'm starting to make more offroad capable. I want to make custom bumpers and add a winch. I've heard the front end will sag with this kind of weight and people advise upgrading suspension. What's the best route to go for something that will hold up the extra weight and be smoother on the trails. Should I go with a couple inch suspension lift at the same time? Thanks in advance.

Whats your budget? What are the end goals of the truck?
You could ad front weight capacity by cranking up the torsion bars a little. Thousands of of people out there with winchs/bumpers on these older IFS trucks without an problems.
I would add your bumper and winch then see what it looks like. It shouldn't add more than 200 lbs. Bumpers are around 100-120 and a winch is around 80ish lbs. Obviously that will vary depending on what you use.
