What the heck is this hidden hanging thing?
Vehicle: 1995 4runner v6 auto 4wd

Noticed this just hanging in the passenger wheel well hidden in between the body and plastic... I cant figure out what it is...?

Was going to make a separate thread but f it while were here does anyone know what these 2 bracket type things on the front of the frame are for?

first is the antennae base, second is a steering stop.
