No, I misunderstood and you read my reply before I could edit it.
I believe it would be a direct bolt on for you also and your parts will work.

The reason i ask is because i want to know for sure so i dont get the big ol thing in the mail and it be over my head to install and have to worry about shipping it back and such ya know?

Can you use a Hi Lift on this bumper? I see the bottom of the bumper isn't flat.
Just wondering.

There is a thread on here somewhere of an install of a used bumper on a pickup.......look at his pics carefully, if the front of your frame looks like his, it will fit.

Anyone know the difference from the 2nd gen pickup and 3rd gen pickup warn bumper? I've found a 2nd gen (86-88) bumper and wondering if it will fit my 89 pickup.

I know the ARB bumper is the same for 86-95, but can't find any other info.

Nope.
The front end of the 86-88 pickup is quite a bit different from the 89-95 pickup's front end.
The body mounts are in a different location, the bumper mounts are different too.
It wouldn't be a direct fit.
But anything's possible with some cutting and welding.
