Wait, I thought I bought a Toyota?

I too, feel your pain!! I bought a 91 $runner with a 22re and it's been one thing after another... So far I've:
Replaced Plugs, Wires, Cap.
New brakes, rotors and front right axle.
New clutch
Machined Flywheel
Replaced Valve Cover Gasket
Took out the oil pan "gasket" and used silicone to seal it instead, never use a gasket on the oil pan! But the silicone stopped the oil leak!!
Replaced the rear main seal
....I think that's all so far
BUT, I still need to:
Pass smog, failed once, Hydrocarbons
As a result of failed smog I need/want to replace cat and exhaust
O2 sensor
TPS
Fuel Filter
Do an engine rebuild, rod bearing is knocking
...Thanks God for 2 roomates who both love and work on Toyota's
But I go through times where I just want to sell it...but I also go through days where I absolutely love my Runner and those good days outweigh the bad!!!
Any advice on good exhaust, deep (as deep as possible for a 22re) sounding exhuast and words of wisdom/encouragement are welcomed!!!

I spent the first year and a half working on my truck almost every day.
I havnt touched anything in the past year and a bit (Except for oil changes). Its worth fixing all the crap the PO has broken
