I took the vacuum hose off at the VSV and traced it down to the PAIR valving. Here it is outstretched on the '88 22re:

Heres the VSV on the valve cover, and the hose that winds down to the PAIR

Heres the PAIR on the '93 22re:



I couldn't get a clean picture of the PAIR on the '88 because the A/C hose to the firewall was in the way.
