Ubolt Flip KIt
WEll my kit arrived today , I will try and install this kit this weekend . I am going to keep it simple and just mount the lower shock mount on the axle right next to the original mount, and not mess with the upper mount.
Do you guys think this will be ok or am I missing something, any advice is greatly appreciated.
I also bought a t shirt for my son , now my daughter is pissed at me.

I installed mine and put the shock mounts on top of the axle up out of the way, but where you are putting them should be fine. There is the possibility you may hang on them or destroy them while on the trail. Just be aware of that.

Thanks guys 10 and 2 it is , I guess that will keep them out of the way.
The Bump stops , I havent thought about that .
I will look into that a bit , if I dont need them or need others I guess I can get rid of my old ones .
If eveything goes pretty fast I will also install the lockright and 4:88's.

I am thinking yes , The picture I have above of the axle with the red circle , well the circle is at about 3 so I was originaly thinking 9 and 3 but I will now put them at what wabbit recommends 10 and 2.

YES you NEED bumpstops...........
The are the cushion for your suspension, also and probably the most important is that they prevent any binding, shock hyper-extension, d-shaft issues, ect..

I did not get to install this kit today and I will probably not have time tomorow either.I had to finish a bathroom this morning , then my kids wanted to finish the garden we started , after that my son was begging me to change the tire tube on his motorcylce that came in on thursday .
Dude I ended up messing this tube up I punctured it trying to install it . Those
tires are super hard its a 10" tire on an 50cc LEM .
I am going to take it to a tire shop ,I will not try it again.

Not to hijack but I recently put on trail gear rear lift kit. I used the 4 inch springs with six inch shackles. I used the shocks I had from when I had my procomp 4 inch lift blocks in the back. I mounted the new shock mounts at 10 and 2 just like wabbit said above. I now have about 7 inches of compression travel and 3 inches of drop travel available from the shocks. I assume that means they are 10 inch shocks. (10 inches of travel) Does that sound about right.

Feel free to put the response in my actual build thread.
