Truck won't start, not getting gas
Hey, Im having an issue with my pickup.
It wont start. It turns over, all the relays that i can find seem to be clicking(EFI, main, etc.) The fuses are good, corroded, but are conductive.
EDIT:
It was running fine last night. The fuel level sender does not work, but I can tell when it is getting low because the less fuel it has in the tank the more it does this thing... ...It will bog out extremely bad when accelerating as if the fuel flow were restricted, but when it has 1/2+ tank it has no problem.
I took the banjo bolt out of the CS injector and there is no fuel pressure at all. I had someone else try to start it and nothing, not even a drop.
I am currently thinking it is the fuel pump, but before I go and spend 130 or w/e on a new one, I thought I'd ask here.
BTW, this is my DD therefore fairly urgent.

when cranking engine or when the air flow meter is open the blue wire coming out of the relay should have battery voltage also when the key is on the large black wire should have batt voltage. But in the end you still are going to need to check at the tank

ok,
when I have the key in the "on" position both are 0.00v from them to a ground.
When cranking, the blue is like .14v and the black is 10.3v
any idea?

Well I replaced the Filter like a month ago; it is possible, but I doubt it.
IP have dropped my tank, and tried to hook the pump directly to the battery for brief periods, it spins, but I have no idea whether it is to spec or not.
Is the fuel pump basically it works or doesnt or can it work, just no well?
Also, I grabbed a COR from a 2wd truck, put it in and the pump didn't work, but it does have a different part number, but the same housing.
