Truck hates going fast

I'm thinking timing...Chain off a tooth or two or dist off a tooth. It shouldn't run at 36*...run well anyway. The chain may look alright from uptop and maybe off on the bottom.

I had the engine at operating temperature and jumped the connector before I set the timing, no vacuum leaks unless they are very, very minor. I hope its not the TPS, aren't those fairly expensive new? I am changing the fuel filter out this sunday, hopefully that works
