Question troubles removing the freewheel hub. 94 4runner

I'm trying to replace my cv axels and having troubles removing my freewheel hubs. I believe I have ADD hubs. Chiltons and on-line mannuals only cover manual or drum brake hubs.
I've removed the 6 cv to diferential bolts. Removed the freehub bolts and washers. Freed the freehub body however, the feehub will not come off. It will only slide off about 1cm then stops. What next?

Did you remove the single bolt in the end of the axle.

Yeah, sounds like you still need to remove the dust cover (Goldish dome-thing) and remove the axle retaining bolt.
