hey swapped89... did you have to modify the bumper any to get it to work because of you bodylift? or did you simply just do mod the brackets for added strength? cuz i was on the TG forum today and they told me i would have to do alot of fab work to make it fit with a body lift

and minzer that vid in your signature is awesomeeee!!!!

The bumper fits on the frame so a "body lift" is irrelevant with the bumper fitting. What might not "fit" is the gap that a body lift will created between the bumper horizontals and the body panels.

I carry TG bumper but I also carry some not built off of their winch bumper mount plate that can be built to accomodate body lifts. I have a 1" body lift on both my 85s, just make the bumper sit up 1" taller so it matches the lines of the body. You have to do it when you build the bumper...hard to do after the fact.

wow, thats funny. i already found those threads and decded to do that... i really like the idea of corner blinkers and it doesnt look that hard. actually it would be simpler cause i would be just moving the blinkers up.

well to be honest i got a little anxious and just put the bumper on, however i still have to weld light tabs on and line-x it, but it was killing me to see it just sitting there in the garage. so heres some pics like i promised

Thinking of getting this bumper, it looks so sick man! I'm jealous! I have a 2" lift but still rocking 31's, wondering if it would still look substantial, pretty iffy about upgrading tire sizes.
