timing belt kit.. is one better then the other??
so ive come to the part where i HAVE to replace the timing belt the ol girl aint runnnin right and as much as id like to believe its this or that im pretty sure its the timing belt befor ei bought it ( the truck) it was done at 101k the truck now has 200k i bought it at 198 so is one kit better then the other ???
ive read the blogs about people replacing them but i dont see anyone having a preference is there a difference?

If you're going to tear it down for the timing belt you have done most of the work for replacing the water pump and belts. If it were me I'd do it all. Also check the front seals, tensioners and idler pulleys while you're at it. The parts are pretty reasonable from Toyota. PM me if you need pricing.

I am going through this now. My Idler Fan Bracket went, and now I am replacing all the other things it messed up on it's way out.Be safe, take the time to check all parts and be on the safe side.
