Suspension Guru's - Spring ID help needed

I've got a mystery on my hands. Can't figure out what lift I have on my 89 4Runner. It's has Rancho 5143 rear shocks that are 20" center to center, and rancho front shocks with no markings that are 13.5" center to center. I'm thinking this is a late 90's aftermarket suspension judging by the age of the bushings, perhaps Rancho. It appears to be a 4" lift. Here's a pic of a rear spring pack. My internet searches turn up nothing. The lift works fine, but my shock bushings are shot and I'm considering replacing the whole rear suspension, but I'd like to know what I have still.

Here's how the truck sits on 31x10.5 BFGs

You're correct. I'm so used to the stock springs sagging badly that I thought it was lifted. I suspect these were replaced at some point.
