Steve's PCV valve mod
I couldn't take trying to get to the PCV valve any longer so I modded the one the comes from the valve cover.
This also makes it easier to add an oil catch can if desired to keep oil out of the intake and gumming up things like the IAC etc.
Hope this helps out a little.

I did that exact mod about 2 years ago and got it from one of the posters here who came up with it long before I did it. My drill bit also broke off inside of the PCV valve when I was drilling it out. Quite the PITA to get it all out...

ps - dont use clear tubing, I didnt even risk it and got the proper tubing for underhood operation.
To anyone doing this mod there is a tripup. That tripup is the difference in sizes on both sides of the PCV valve. The bottom of the valve is 1/2" or so while the top is about 5/16" or so. So you will need to run 1/2" from the remote PCV to the old drilled out one, and place a small bit of 5/16" hose over the old PCV's top so you have something to clamp the 1/2" hose to.
but good mod and its good to bring it to the top for the newguys signing on!
