Slow Power Windows

Slow Power Windows
My power windows move really slow, and when it is cold out(real cold) they move even slower, sometimes only half way.
I have been trying to do a search....google slow power window OR "slow power window" site:yotatech.com.
I either get nothing returned or i get threads with power windows, mainly tailgate, on 3 slows...
Any suggestions on how to remedy my slow windows, they have been lubed recently, no change
OR
a better way to search for my issue...
thanks,

lube up the window run channels with dielectric (silicone) grease, anything petroleum based will attack the rubber and cause problems later. Another option is to spray the run channels with silicone spray . . . I like the grease because it seems to last longer.

When i tore the interior out a couple of months ago, they were slow. Since i had the door panel off, i put lithium grease on every moving metal part. I thought it may be binding on a runner/channel so i loosened all the bolts, and let it seat itself.
I'll try the silicone, but something tells me it is electrical, perhaps the motors getting tired.
thanks

There is a guy on ebay, sales@windowmotor.com
They rebuild the motors and sell rebuilt.Needed one for my 1993 4runner tailgate. Sent the wrong motor. Two days later at there expense, they had shipped the right motor and paid shipiping back on the other motor.Great to deal with and affordadable.
